The hotel is incredibly friendly with lovely pool and unbeatable location on promenade. Outstanding, lovely room with balcony, and extremely friendly staff. Location very close to the beach which was surprisingly quiet, shops and the island...

The rooms here are excellent with a balcony and the location is perfect, just a short walk to the beach, restaurants, cafés, and shops.

The furnished balconies with views of the Mediterranean Sea were breathtaking. I loved the cozy and comfortable atmosphere of the room. The Smart TV and air conditioning were a definite bonus for a tech-savvy person like me. Plus, having a pillow menu and a laptop-friendly workspace made me feel right at home.

Personally, I wasn't a big fan of the electric fan in the room. It didn't provide enough cooling for my liking.

The location, dinner and breakfast were very good. Friendly and courteous staff in the restaurant.

The rooms are extremely bright and all sounds from the corridor can be heard. Unfortunately in all areas very weak and unstable WIFI.

The staff were very friendly but i could not help thinking it needed a new lease of life bringing to it. It was the start of the season and very quiet though

The Carabela is perfectly located directly on the beach on one side while the other side faces the main Boulevard with all its shops, restaurants, cafes, bars. The staff are all very friendly and helpful. The view from the sea-facing rooms is beautiful. Excellent amenities close by (car hire, excurisons).

I enjoyed it very much. I got everything I need.

The staff are very courteous and friendly and speak several languages. The location of the hotel is excellent for shops, restaurants, etc. The beach is right on the doorstep which is an advantage. The hotel supplies lots of coat-hangers ! It is always very clean.

I have stayed at this hotel on several occasions, but I was disappointed with the room that we were allcoated this time: little bit dated. The pillows were very flat and need to be replaced. There was no satellite TV, only 3 German channels and nothing else - in times of bad weather this would be a disappointment. The hairdryer looked a bit risky to use, and so did the electric fan overhead - in fact we asked for it to be repaired as it was falling from the ceiling and making quite a noise ! It was repaired immediately. The seat cushions on the balcony were so flat and uncomfortable. The wardrobed creaked constantly once it was opened. I did not like to complain to the reception about all these things, so didn't say anything !
